We are Casa Fistiki, your new restaurant, bar, bodega & wineshop right by the sea in Agios Georgios, Antiparos. We serve delicious food and amazing drinks from sunrise to sunset in a friendly and refined atmosphere.
Fruit of a common passion for food, sun, wine, sea, fire-cooking, mezcal, hosting friends, music & travels - we came up with a joke of opening a chiringuito on the beach. The joke didn’t last long before the spot hunting began.
Following a gut feeling, a few months later, we ended up finding a perfect spot on a Greek Island to realize a fantasy - blending the best of two worlds - the mediterranean with the mexican dream.

The Kitchen Team or the Heart of Casa Fistiki: having worked in the best adresses in Tulum, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Athens and Barcelona - we are so excited to present them to you!
They will be preparing a Mexican - Mediterranean Menu for an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Cyclades.
We are sourcing all the best quality and fresh products from Greece to pair it with our dearest Mexican cuisine.
Among other things, our Josper - a charcoal oven beast - will bring the smokeyness to the tables while home-made ice cream will be waiting for you anytime you want!

Dinghy Service
Casa Fistiki is situated in front of an old docking pier in the bay of Despotiko Agios Georgios, one of the best anchoring spot in the Cyclades.
Our tender "Fistiki Express" takes care of our guests coming by boat and anchoring in the beautiful bay of Despotiko.
For pick up services right to our pontoon to delivery of your favorite food, drinks and essentials right to your boat!

Wineshop & Bodega
Because we love wine and food so much, we wanted to make sure we could share it with you and bring an option to our dear neighbourhood.
We have catered a selection of our favorite natural and traditional wines, spirits and beers and made it available to take away. From Greek natural gems to fancy champagne. From local Paros wines to Mexican Mezcals.
Our Bodega has your back. Our selection of local, organic products caters to the needs of our local community.

Beach Take-Away
Want to enjoy Casa Fistiki on the go? Our beach baskets will have you covered.
Order by phone or online before 12h and pick up your Fistiki Basket for your excursions on the wonderful beaches of Agios Georgios and Despotiko.
To preserve our beautiful surroundings, we limit the use of single use elements, and apply a refundable deposit upon return of your basket.

About Us
Casa Fistiki is the represention of what we loved most doing : cooking & traveling to eat the most tasty and quality food, having great wine or cocktails in cozy atmospheres, laugh at the beach under the sun and sharing it with our loved ones.
Our vision was to combine our passions to our respective backgrounds in architecture, hospitality, design and entrepreneurship to create a welcoming, fun, fine and delicous casa!
We fell in love with Antiparos in October 2022 and decided that we all only lived once. We decided to move here within a couple of months to open our dream place within a period of 3 months!
We are Caro & Chris and we are a bit crazy. Welcome to Casa Fistiki!

Getting to Casa Fistiki ?
How to get here?
Antiparos is Paros’ little sister.
We are located in Agios Georgios, in front of Despotiko, a natural reserve and protected island where you can enjoy a visit to the temple that had been devoted to Apollo.
To get to Antiparos, you can either arrive by ferry or by plane to Paros and take the local ferry to Antiparos from Pounta Port in Paros. The ferry trip takes about 10-15 minutes. Once in Antiparos’s port, you can head south, continuing the main road. You will know that you arrived in St-Georges once you had the “WOW” effect after a special turn overlooking the whole bay of Despotiko! Welcome!
You can also arrive with your private boat and dock in Despotiko’s bay. We will be right there waiting for you!
